I founded It Zone in 2013 with a view to providing IT Sector to small and medium-sized businesses.
My vision then and now has not changed and I am happy that this is the same vision of the new IT Zone team.

I’m a human resource officer at IT ZONE.
In this role, I’m responsible for leading all aspects of IT ZONE human resource function.
I also provide advice and support on a wide variety of human resources issues both remotely and on site for clients.
As well as drafting contracts and handbooks, I work with clients to develop implementation plans to introduce new ideas.
Effective communication of changes is key to successful implementation and I can work with you to achieve that.
